Return & Exchange Policy
At Minito World, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help within our 2-day return window.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests made after this 2-day period has passed.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused, with no signs of wear, stains, marks, or odour
- With all original tags attached and in their original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
For hygiene and the safety of our little customers, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale
- Innerwear, bodysuits worn next to skin, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery at [your email] or [your WhatsApp number].
- Share your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps and confirm the return address.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange an item for a different size or another product of equal value, subject to availability. If the new item costs more, the difference will be payable; if it costs less, we'll adjust accordingly or issue store credit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval. For approved returns:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as COD payments cannot be reversed to the original method.
Please note the original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo/video of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you — this one's on us.
Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Minito World covers all return shipping costs.
