Minito World operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Minito World is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our store is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (where applicable) and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products (kids' garments for ages 6 months to 4 years) in our online store, including size, color and fabric details. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device's display settings.

We do not warrant that the appearance, fit or quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations or be exactly the same as depicted or rendered in our online store.

All descriptions of products, including size charts, are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. Minito World reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Minito World confirms it, typically by phone or WhatsApp call/message to the number you provided at checkout, and orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Minito World may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is confirmed and dispatched.

In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the phone number, email, or delivery address provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund/Exchange Policy at minitoworld@gmail.com.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT (CASH ON DELIVERY)

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed to you before dispatch. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include delivery charges, which (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout or communicated at order confirmation.

All orders placed through our website are payable strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Full payment in cash is due to our delivery rider at the time of delivery. We do not currently accept online card payments, bank transfers, or any other payment method unless separately agreed with you in writing.

If you refuse to accept a confirmed order at the time of delivery without a valid reason (such as a genuine product defect), we reserve the right to: (a) cancel any future orders from you, (b) require advance payment for future orders, and/or (c) charge you for delivery costs already incurred, at our discretion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact and delivery information for all purchases, and to be reasonably available at the provided phone number and address to receive delivery and confirm the order.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY AREA AND SHIPPING

We currently deliver only within Karachi, Pakistan. Orders with a delivery address outside Karachi cannot be accepted at this time; if such an order is mistakenly placed, we reserve the right to cancel it and notify you.

Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you at order confirmation and are estimates only; they are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, rider availability, incorrect address information provided by you, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure someone is available at the provided address and phone number during the estimated delivery window. Repeated failed delivery attempts due to unavailability may result in order cancellation.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brand name, text, displays, images, graphics, product photos, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Minito World, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.

Minito World's name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Minito World. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, and trademarks on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input over. Such tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, and we shall have no liability arising from your use of them.

Minito World is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Minito World. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Minito World.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information we collect through the Services (such as your name, phone number, and Karachi delivery address) is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here: minitoworld@gmail.com. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

Information you submit to the Services may be transmitted to and shared with our website hosting provider and delivery partners as necessary to process and deliver your order.

● harass, abuse, or harm any other person, including our staff or delivery riders.

● upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the security of our website.

● scrape, copy, or extract content or data from our website without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend, block, or refuse service to any customer at any time, without notice, if we determine that these Terms have been violated (for example, repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders).

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at our sole discretion at any time, without notice, and you will remain liable for any amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law will continue to apply following any termination.

SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The information presented on our Services is made available for general information purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
